Tin Roof Blues

This tune was named after the Tin Roof Cafe that was on Baronne Street in New Orleans. It was written by five members of the New Orleans Rhythm Kings in 1923. A generation later, with a new title and lyrics, it hit the 1953 pop charts as "Make Love to Me", sung by Jo Stafford. But this is the original, and it’s one of our favorites. You’re about to see why. “Tin Roof Blues”.
